If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn timepiece in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the watch in its original presentation box and include all warranty cards and manuals.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the exterior of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
